Novoria began in 2010 with a simple idea: boutique hospitality should feel personal, rooted in place, and quietly refined from arrival to farewell.

What started as a small Lisbon hospitality studio has grown into a curated collection of character-led stays across 12 European destinations, including urban hotels, coastal retreats, heritage properties, and wellness escapes.

Our work brings together hotel concept design, guest journey planning, operational refinement, destination storytelling, and revenue strategy for properties that want to feel distinctive without losing warmth.
